Common questions
How long does a migration take?
A 25-user organisation typically takes 1–2 weeks end to end, with the actual cutover happening in a single evening. Larger or multi-site environments are staged; we'll give you a fixed timeline in the proposal.
Will we lose emails or have downtime?
No data is deleted from the source until you've verified the destination. Because we pre-sync data before cutover, downtime is usually limited to minutes, scheduled outside business hours.
Can you migrate us from Google Workspace?
Yes — Gmail, Google Drive, shared drives, calendars and contacts all map across to Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint. We also run the reverse direction if you're moving to Google.
