Common questions
Is the cloud actually cheaper than our server?
Sometimes, but that's the wrong comparison. A fair one includes the server's replacement cost, power, backup, maintenance and the downtime risk of ageing hardware. On that basis most SME workloads come out ahead in the cloud — and we'll show you the numbers per workload before you decide.
What about our old line-of-business application?
Legacy apps get an honest assessment: some rehost to an Azure VM unchanged, some have a modern SaaS replacement, and a few genuinely should stay on local hardware for now. We've done all three and will recommend what fits, not what bills the most.
How long does a typical migration take?
A file-server-to-SharePoint move for a small business is often 2–4 weeks. Full server estate migrations run 1–3 months depending on application complexity. You'll get a staged timeline where each phase delivers value on its own.

In Australian Azure regions (Sydney/Melbourne) unless you direct otherwise — keeping you onside with data sovereignty expectations under the Privacy Act and school-sector requirements.
