Common questions
We already own Intune licences. Why isn't it deployed?
You're not alone — Intune is included in most Microsoft 365 Business Premium, A3/A5 and E3/E5 plans, but it takes real design work to deploy well. If you're licensed, the tooling cost is already paid; we just make it work.
Can Intune manage school-owned and BYOD devices differently?
Yes. School-owned devices get full management — filtering, app control, remote wipe. BYOD devices get app-level protection only: school data is containerised and revocable, personal photos and apps stay private.
What happens to our existing SCCM or other MDM?
We run a co-existence or staged migration, moving workloads to Intune group by group. Nothing is switched off until its replacement is proven.
How disruptive is enrolment for existing devices?
For most users it's a sign-in prompt and a short background sync. We schedule enrolment waves, communicate in advance and staff the help desk for each wave.
