Most IT providers try to be everything to everyone. We chose to go deep on the two areas where generic support fails hardest — school ICT and security operations — and built a full managed-services practice around them.
Why SynmorixTech exists
SynmorixTech was founded in Sydney after years of watching the same two failures repeat. Schools were being sold business IT with the labels changed — support that vanished in the January rush and providers who'd never heard of the eSafety Commissioner. And organisations of every size were buying security products that nobody actually watched, discovering breaches weeks after the fact.
So we built a practice around both problems: an education team that plans by the school calendar, and a security operations capability that never clocks off. Around them sits everything a modern organisation needs — Microsoft 365, Intune, cloud, backup and a help desk staffed by people, in Australia, who own problems until they're fixed.
We're based in Cherrybrook in Sydney's Hills District, we service greater Sydney onsite and all of NSW remotely, and our SOC covers clients Australia-wide.

Over a decade of combined school ICT experience across independent and faith-based schools. Every school-site technician holds a valid NSW Working with Children Check.
