  • Contact information you provide via our website form, email or phone: name, organisation, email address and phone number.
  • Service information collected in the course of providing IT services to clients, such as system configurations, account names and support-ticket contents.
  • Website data such as standard server logs. Our website does not use advertising trackers.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and provide requested services and support.
  • To administer client agreements, billing and service reporting.
  • To send service-related communications. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing without consent.

3. Client data handled during service delivery

When we provide managed IT, monitoring or migration services, we may have incidental access to data held in client systems. We access such data only as required to deliver the agreed services, under the terms of the relevant client agreement, and treat it as confidential. For school clients, we comply with the school's child-safety and data-handling policies, and our technicians attending school sites hold valid NSW Working with Children Checks.

4. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, including encryption, multi-factor authentication and access controls. Where practicable, data we control is stored in Australian data centres.

5. Disclosure

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except: to service providers who assist us in operating our business (under confidentiality obligations); where required by law; or with your consent.

6. Access and correction

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period.

7. Data breach notification

We comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act. If a data breach involving personal information is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the APPs, contact us first and we will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.
